Sunday Photos
After church we tried to get a few good pictures for all three girls together. It is quite difficult to get everyone to smile and to look at the camera at the same time... and make sure that they don't drop the baby! (No children were harmed in the making of these photographs.
Start with the individual pictures of the subjects most willing to be photographed! 
Perhaps they will throw in a fancy "ballet" move without being asked. 
Work your way up to two kids in a picture. All is still going well.
Add an infant with little head control and a four year old who is not so experienced at holding babies. 
Try having the baby sit in between the bigger girls. Not working either, we still cant see that precious little face.
Forget about having the baby sit up and have two small children hold her.
That is a little better except for the fact that the baby is now crying!
Everyone is now looking at the camera . What you can't see is the big sister was not able to maintain her ladylike posture while holding baby, causing her undies to show and forcing mommy to shift and crop the picture.
Poor Violet is now about to fall, Pearl is distracted and Rose is over this photo shoot. PS. Check out Pearl's shoes and Violet's rolls on those chubby legs.
