CHA CHA CHA... CHARMIN!!!
Finding a restroom in NYC can be very hard during this busy holiday season. Charmin (as in the TP) has come up with a wonderful fun solution to this problem and they have fully staffed very clean restrooms. These are not just restrooms though it is in an experience! Their are slides and swings for the kids as well as the Charmin bears and a giant sleigh.

We stayed right across the street from Rosie O'Donnell's new show. They were still setting up for the first show Wednesday afternoon, The sign was just laying in the middle of the sidewalk so I snapped this picture with my little Rosie.

Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!

Thanksgiving Crafts!
I just came across a great new crafty blog for ideas to make crafts with your kids. http://www.notimeforflashcards.com/
The girls and I will be making these little Thankful Hand wreaths today. You can write thank you in different languages on each hand. I think we will choose the languages of our family nationalities. Mike is Polish and I am English, Irish, and French. We may throw in a few other languages to make it a little bigger.

They had a link to these adorable Pilgrim hat cookiesFor directions on how to make the cookies go to

Fall Fun!
We have so many leaves in our yard we have to put the girls to work!

How come raking leaves and other chores are so fun to kids?

Rose posing in the leaves. Pearl did not like getting dirty so she would not sit in the leaves.

My little dare devil! Now you know why we took her out of the crib several months ago. And to be honest I really was not worried that she would fall in this picture because she is such a little monkey.

Monkey see monkey do.

This is only one of about four trees in our yard. This one is very tiny compared to our GIGANTIC TREE!

Friday Favorites- Our Favorite Park
(It is a lot more then just a park!)
Linvilla Orchards

One of the many Giant characters they set up for a huge fall display.
This photo is from last year.

Lots O' Pumpkins!

Hayride fun!

The playground, notice the cages in the background with turkeys or something in them. they have lots of animals including chickens, horses, pigs, sheep, ostriches, and more.

The playground has lots of wooden structures.

The farmhouse, I think someone actually lives in it.

The roses and my Rose.

The friendly deer that you can feed.

The structure in the background is the original octagonal barn that burnt down a few years ago.

Mother's day picnic at Linvilla.

The Princess Birthday Party!

My princesses both celebrated their birthdays while in Disney but that didn't stop me from having a party for them too. I love to have birthday parties for them to celebrate what a miracle they are and the joy they bring into our lives.

Rose and one of her preschool friends. She only has three girls in her class (and 11 boys) so it was easy for me to invite the girls.

Playing in Pearl's room.

Making fruit loop necklaces. All of the kids ate them before they went home. Rose is wearing the birthday dress I got her on Ebay to go with the one I got for Pearl at a consignment sale. She only wore it for half the party before changing into her Ariel outfit form her Auntie April and Uncle Jake.

My pretty princess!

And my other pretty princess!

All of the princesses wearing the crowns they made. The handsome princess is my nephew. After Rose said she only wanted girls at her party she kindly obliged to let her cousin, her Daddy and Uncle Jake attend.

The Cinderella Cake I made for the girls. Don't look to closely it is not perfect but it was good enough for the girls. That night when I put Pearl to bed I asked her what her favorite part of her party was and she told me "MY CAKE!". So that made it all worthwhile.

My baby is not a baby anymore. She tells me all of the time that she is a BIG girl now!
